THE FUNDAMENTALS
10AM - 11AM

  • Bike setup and operation

  • Proper body positions and movement

  • Braking with confidence

  • Terrain awareness

  • Descending& Cornering

  • One guided top-to-bottom run

PUMPING AND FLOW
11AM - 12PM

  • Fundamentals review

  • Using terrain changes to your advantage

  • Technique drills on dedicated terrain

  • Up to two guided runs

CORNERING IN BERMS
12PM - 1PM

  • Fundamentals review

  • Line choice and corner types

  • Cornering phases

  • Pressuring: techniques to maximize grip

  • Technique drills on dedicated terrain

  • Up to two guided runs

Our Level 2 coaching follows PIMBIA coaching standards and focuses on progression to more advanced maneuvers with confidence, control and efficiency.  experience goals and comfort level  

Level 2 lessons build on Level 1 foundations and introduce more advanced techniques such as:

  • Dynamic bike body separation

  • Advanced breaking skills

  • Front wheel lifts into wheelies or manuals

  • Drops and jumps

  • Advanced cornering (angulation, rotation, inclination)

  • Skill application in technical trail features

Every lesson is designed to improve rider confidence, control, safety and flow while creating a fun, supportive and collaborative learning environment. Whether you're new to mountain biking, looking to refine advanced techniques or looking for some air time, coaching is built around helping you ride smoother, faster and with greater confidence.
